Boutiquebychloe.bigcartel.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via USPS. Boutique By Chloe ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed before 3:00pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 48 hours.

USPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Boutique By Chloe cannot guarantee same day shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Free Shipping:

Boutique By Chloe offers Free shipping on U.S. domestic orders when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $100.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states and not valid in Alaska and Hawaii. To determine whether you have qualified for free shipping, the free shipping option will be automatically selected in your shopping cart when you are prompted to choose your shipping method. Terms are subject to change without notice. 

Typically, most orders ship within 1-4 business days of purchase.  Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. Shoes are shipped at different rate that is automatically calculated due to its weight.
